Felix Advisory is looking for a motivated Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory team in Mumbai. You will work on high-quality engagements involving MNCs, conglomerates, and high-growth startups, providing solutions for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop complex financial models to value debt and equity for M&A and capital raising transactions.
Perform valuations using various methods including DCF, comparable companies, and precedents.
Prepare investment memorandums, management presentations, teasers, and pitch books.
Analyze financial statements, annual reports, and business plans to identify key value drivers.
Perform due diligence, research, and documentation for live transactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience in investment banking, venture capital, or transaction advisory.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for financial analysis.
Strong ability to interpret financial models and apply advanced valuation techniques.
Excellent academic track record and professional credentials.
Proven analytical, communication, and systematic problem-solving skills.
