Felix Advisory is looking for a driven Investment Banking Associate to join our transaction advisory team in Mumbai. You will work on high-stakes engagements involving Indian conglomerates and high-growth startups.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Interpret and analyze financial statements, business plans, and annual reports.
Develop complex financial models for debt and equity valuation in M&A transactions.
Apply various valuation methods including DCF, comparable companies, and precedents.
Prepare investment memorandums, management presentations, and pitch books.
Conduct due diligence, investor research, and documentation for live transactions.
Deliver high-quality financial solutions within agreed client timelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Investment Banking is mandatory.
Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and financial analysis.
Expert proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience in Consumer and Technology sectors is a significant advantage.
