Manager - Legal & Fintech Compliance

Easebuzz is a high-growth fintech organization specialized in payment infrastructure and SaaS solutions. We are seeking a Legal Manager to counsel the business on regulatory matters, manage merchant agreements, and ensure legal compliance in a dynamic payment aggregator environment.

• Counsel the business on commercial and regulatory matters, including negotiations with regional and commercial banks.
• Oversee local and cross-border payments compliance with AML and relevant financial regulations.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial transactions and manage merchant agreements.
• Handle pre-litigation legal disputes, inquiries, and company-related policies or offer letters.
• Develop and implement internal legal procedures to ensure strict adherence to applicable laws.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution; LLM or MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of professional legal experience, with at least 2 years spent at a reputable law firm.
• Strong background in fintech, payments, data protection, or financial regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate legal complexities to non-legal stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen to align legal advice with company strategy.
