Join a dynamic team at SA Global Advisors focusing on the high-growth TMT sector. We are looking for an experienced Associate to drive deal origination, execution, and strategic board advisory for mid-sized technology clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sector coverage, deal origination, and execution for Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors.
Generating mandates for M&A, PE Capital Raises, VC Portfolio Exits, and Strategic Board Advisory.
Managing investment programs and engagements independently with corporate clients.
Expanding the investment bank ecosystem of clients, partners, and intermediaries.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant work experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Development.
Bachelor's in Engineering with MBA/CFA from top-tier institutions.
Strong track record in TMT sector transactions and financial modeling.
Excellent skills in building IMs, Investor Pitch decks, and teasers.
