Client Services Associate - Investment Reporting

TIAA is looking for a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support the delivery of high-quality investment reports and enhance the client experience for our global alternatives products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party administrators to ensure data accuracy and adherence to global performance standards.

• Preparing comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly investment performance reports and presentations for clients. Ensuring all reporting documentation strictly adheres to Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS). Addressing client inquiries regarding investment reports promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborating with accounting teams and fund administrators to track and execute reporting obligations for private funds. Supporting the completion of due diligence and client questionnaires by gathering data from internal departments. Participating in the design of new report templates and maintaining strict quality control over all deliverables. Performing meticulous data validations and resolving discrepancies across firm-wide systems to ensure accuracy. Developing deep industry knowledge across traditional and alternative investment products to improve report quality.

• University degree is preferred (Finance, Commerce, or related fields). Strong accountability, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to perform group problem-solving and prioritize tasks effectively. Basic understanding of investment data flows and financial products is an advantage. Ability to work in a collaborative, sedentary office environment.
