SA Global Advisors is looking for an experienced Investment Banking Associate to lead deal execution and sector coverage within the TMT space. This role offers an opportunity to manage high-growth mandates across Digital, Cloud, and IoT sectors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Driving deal origination and execution across M&A, PE Capital Raises, and VC Exits
Managing relationships with large buy-side clients and high-growth mid-sized firms
Providing Strategic Board Advisory including direct capital infusion and turnarounds
Developing independent investment programs and managing corporate engagements
Building Information Memorandums (IMs), Investor Pitch decks, and teasers
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Engineering with an MBA or CFA from top-tier institutions
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Development
Proven track record in transaction process excellence within the TMT sector
Strong network within the PE and VC ecosystem
Expertise in financial modeling and business planning
