SA Global Advisors is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join the TMT Transactions team in Pune. You will work on high-impact domestic and cross-border M&A and Capital Raise mandates within the emerging technology space.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead execution of active deal mandates and prepare transaction-related documents
Build detailed financial models to evaluate business performance and capital structures
Conduct transaction research, including DCF valuation and precedent transaction multiples
Coordinate investor/acquirer calls and manage the data room set-up process
Liaise with third-party vendors for due diligence, including accounting and legal firms
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with MBA/CFA from top-tier institutions
2 to 4 years of relevant experience with a Big 4 or boutique Investment Bank
Proven experience in Technology M&A or Transaction Advisory Services
Expertise in building investor collateral: pitch decks, teasers, and CIMs
Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
