Dilzer Consultants is looking for a dynamic Manager to serve as the Second-in-Command. You will drive business strategy, lead investment advisory teams, and manage high-value client relationships for a national award-winning firm.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as the Second-in-Command (2IC) to leadership in decision-making and business strategy execution.
Lead and mentor a team of financial advisors and relationship managers to meet revenue targets.
Oversee high-value client relationships and provide expert investment advisory.
Drive AUM growth and identify new business opportunities in wealth management.
Coordinate between sales, advisory, operations, and compliance teams.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance), CFP, CFA, or CA.
6 to 8 years of experience in wealth management and investment advisory.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing multi-functional teams.
Deep expertise in mutual funds, insurance, equity, PMS, and AIF.
Ability to acquire and manage HNI and UHNWI clients.
