B K AGARWAL & CO is looking for a dedicated Paid Assistant to join our experienced team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in audit and taxation seeking to work with a diverse client base ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Finalization of books of accounts for income tax return filing
Preparation and filing of Tax Audit Reports for Corporates and non-Corporates
Preparation of financial statements including balance sheets and cash flow statements
Auditing financial statements for accuracy and compliance with standards
Conducting income tax planning and handling Direct and Indirect Tax matters
Filing of GSTR 1, 3B, 9 & 9C and issuance of Form 15 CA & CB
Independent management of work, team, and client relationships
Requirements:
Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Final) not currently preparing for exams
Minimum 1-2 years of post-articleship experience in Audit and Taxation
Mandatory completion of articleship period
Strong knowledge of GST and TDS provisions
Bangalore-based candidates with the ability to join immediately are preferred
