Roles & Responsibilities:
Create and manage tailor-made portfolios aligned with specific client financial goals.
Provide timely and sound financial advice to maximize client benefits and ensure active engagement.
Generate revenue by aligning appropriate financial instruments with client requirements.
Acquire new clients through referrals and innovative marketing initiatives.
Represent the organization at public and corporate-sponsored financial events.
Requirements:
Postgraduate degree in any discipline with a strong analytical mindset.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the financial services industry.
Mandatory Certifications: CFPCM (Certified Financial Planner) or NISM X-A and X-B.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex data simply.
Strong entrepreneurial drive and willingness to take calculated risks.
