• Generate high-quality leads through proactive field activities and strategic contact points.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and local channel partners.
• Assess customer needs and provide expert guidance on suitable home loan products.
• Liaise with internal credit and processing teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.

• Open to both Freshers and experienced candidates in sales (NBFC or Banking background preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Willingness to engage in field work and travel within the assigned territory.
• Fundamental understanding of financial products and lending practices.
• Ability to communicate in the regional language to effectively engage with local customers.
