Associate Product Manager - B2B SaaS

Tracxn is a global market-intelligence platform looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the entire product lifecycle. You will learn product fundamentals while working on a global B2B SaaS platform alongside senior managers and engineering teams.

• Assist Product Managers in defining feature specifications and writing detailed PRDs.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
• Review and analyze product metrics to track performance and identify improvement areas.
• Partner with UX teams to create wireframes, mockups, and comprehensive design documentation.
• Use API tools like Postman to extract data insights and validate product decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

• 0 to 3 years of work experience with consistent academic and professional performance.
• Strong interest in B2B SaaS technology and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to structure and analyze ambiguous problems effectively and logically.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying ideas through workflows and documentation.
• Long-term commitment to building a career in Product Management.
• Aptitude for learning technical concepts; MBA is not mandatory for this role.
