Technical Program Manager (TPM) - LLM & AI

Tracxn is hiring a Technical Program Manager in Bengaluru to drive high-impact technical and data-driven programs. This role is perfect for professionals who combine a strong coding background with a strategic problem-solving mindset to build scalable systems.

• Take end-to-end ownership of designing and delivering key technical and data programs for the market-intelligence platform.
• Develop strategies for data acquisition and quality improvement using AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Deconstruct complex technical challenges into actionable projects with structured timelines and clear milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and product to align on system requirements.
• Establish monitoring systems and MIS reports to track program performance and data execution progress.
• Design rigorous testing frameworks to continuously optimize internal processes using data-driven insights.

• 3 to 9 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Software Development, or Data Operations.
• Strong coding background with proficiency in at least one programming language is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) in real-world application scenarios.
• Deep understanding of IT systems, networking fundamentals, and computing principles.
• Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to structure and execute ambiguous technical problems.
• Proven communication skills and a process-driven approach to cross-functional collaboration.
