Join Inspirion Digital Solutions to shape the future of human-bot interactions. We are looking for a creative thinker to design intuitive conversation scripts and customer-centric chatbot personas for multiple digital channels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design conversation scripts, bot responses, and user journeys to create human-like chatbot interactions.
Responsible for testing chat flows and developing mockups or creative prototypes.
Liaise with the delivery team to ensure intelligent and intuitive customer experiences.
Develop bot personalities and characters aligned with client-centric goals.
Design end-to-end solutions for inquiries across various touchpoints.
Requirements:
MA Literature, Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mass Communication.
2+ years of experience in linguistic analysis, conversation design, or copy editing.
Familiarity with chatbots, voice-enabled devices, and AI conversational channels.
Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
