Inspirion Digital Solutions is looking for a skilled NLP Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for building conversational flows, training chatbots, and leveraging Machine Learning to create superior user experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop chatbot content and define processes for identifying targeted follow-up questions using NLP.
Research the scope of intents within linguistic and technical dimensions of AI capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering teams to maximize conversions and optimize user journeys.
Analyze chat histories and refine intents through content experiments and performance metrics.
Train AI models to understand diverse linguistic variations and complex user inputs.
Requirements:
Graduate in Engineering or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or NLP.
In-depth knowledge of Dialog Flow; experience with Rasa, Watson, or Lex is a plus.
Proficiency in Java or C/C++ and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
Solid understanding of Syntax and Semantic processing using statistical methodologies.
