Product Manager - B2B SaaS Platform

Tracxn is a premier market-intelligence platform powering decisions for global VC and PE firms. We are looking for a Product Manager to own product roadmaps, translate user needs into actionable features, and drive high-quality releases in a collaborative, meritocratic environment.

• Define and execute the product roadmap for assigned modules aligned with business goals.
• Write crisp PRDs and build clear use cases based on customer needs and data-driven research.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless feature rollouts.
• Monitor and analyze product KPIs to track success and identify areas for continuous optimization.
• Mentor junior product managers and work with the VP of Product on strategic initiatives.
• Scale product processes and foster a culture of ownership and high-quality delivery.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think from first principles.
• Aptitude to learn technical concepts and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail in documentation.
• Team player with an execution-focused mindset and empathy for user pain points.
• Proven ability to support product decisions with data and research-driven validation.
