Software Engineer I - Tech Operations

Precision AQ is looking for a Software Engineer I to handle the configuration and delivery of healthcare client-facing applications. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of US Healthcare and modern Cloud technology.

• Configure and update client-facing applications following MLR guidelines and engagement team requirements.
• Represent the Application Operations team on active projects and participate in daily Scrum meetings.
• Coordinate with development teams for software deployments in UAT and Production environments.
• Setup environments for all new implementations and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and create WIKI documentation for common processes.
• Support the development of unit tests for future regression testing and monitor application KPIs.

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• 1-3 years of experience as an application engineer, developer, or level 1/2 support.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Windows, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of GIT fundamentals and Agile Development Lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Team Foundation Server (TFS), or Octopus Deploy.
• Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies; experience with Veeva or Salesforce is a plus.
